difficulty falling asleep, frequent awakenings, excessive tiredness during the day, headaches, irritability, and difficulty concentrating. These symptoms may vary depending on the type of sleep disorder.
What are the main factors that contribute to sleep disorders?

sleep apnea, and hormonal disorders. Lifestyle, age, and certain neurological conditions may also play a role.
What is the prevalence of insomnia in the population?
About 30% of adults suffer from chronic insomnia, while 50% experience sleep disturbances at some point. Insomnia is particularly common among older adults and women.

2. Questions about Easleep Premium and its Features
What does EEG mean?
EEG, or Electroencephalogram, is a scientific technique used to record the electrical activity of the brain. As part of Easleep Premium 's features, EEG allows you to monitor brain waves in real time while you sleep.
This precise data is used to analyze the quality of your sleep, detect light and deep sleep phases, and adapt relaxation and stimulation programs to optimize your rest.
With this advanced technology, Easleep Premium offers you a personalized, data-driven approach to improving your sleep experience.
What is CES technology?
CES (Cranial Electrical Stimulation) is a method
non-invasive therapy that uses low electrical currents to stimulate certain areas of the brain, helping to regulate neurological activity linked to sleep and relaxation.
Are there any clinical studies that support the effectiveness of CES?
Yes, clinical studies conducted in collaboration with renowned hospitals have shown that 90% of CES users fell asleep faster after 7 to 14 days of regular use.
What is ASMR?
ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a pleasant tingling sensation, usually felt on the scalp and
which can spread to the neck and other parts of the body.
It is triggered by sensory stimuli such as whispers, soft noises or repetitive gestures.
How does ASMR work to help you fall asleep?
ASMR works by activating neural circuits linked to relaxation. Specific sensory stimuli trigger a relaxation response that can reduce heart rate and induce a mental state conducive to sleep.
Are there any risks associated with ASMR?
While ASMR is generally considered safe, it is important to note that excessive use of non-scientifically validated ASMR content (such as that found on social media) can lead to psychological addiction, where the brain becomes conditioned to require these stimuli in order to fall asleep.
How is Easleep ASMR different from ASMR found on social media?
ASMR offered by Easleep is science-based and validated
clinically, with proven efficacy rates.
Unlike amateur ASMR on social media, Easleep's ASMR programs are personalized and designed to maximize relaxation effects without creating psychological dependency.
How does Easleep Premium help with insomnia?
Easleep Premium uses Cranial Electrical Stimulation
(CES) to naturally promote sleep. This technology stimulates the brain to produce neurotransmitters such as endorphins, thereby reducing stress and improving sleep quality.
