As soon as your godchild's order is confirmed and delivered, and the withdrawal period has expired, your sponsorship becomes acquired.

SYL-X Tech Boutique Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Purpose
These general conditions define the terms of the sponsorship program set up by the SYL-X Tech store (hereinafter "the Store"), intended to reward existing customers (hereinafter "the Sponsor") who recommend the Store's products to new customers (hereinafter "the Godchild"). This program is in accordance with our ethical charter , based on the values of transparency, trust and mutual respect.
Article 2: Eligibility
2.1. The program is open to any customer who has made at least one purchase from the Store, with the exception of customers who have purchased products from the Easleep range.
2.2. The Referral must be a natural person who has never made a purchase from the Store.
Article 3: Terms of sponsorship
3.1. The Sponsor registers a Godchild using the registration form and invites him/her to discover the products in the Shop. The Godchild then places an initial order on the Shop website, mentioning the Sponsor's name when purchasing.
3.2. By registering a Godchild under this program, the Sponsor declares that they have obtained the explicit consent of the Godchild to communicate their contact details and personal data to us. By registering, the Sponsor and the Godchild also accept our privacy policy , which can be viewed on our website.
3.3. The referral program is based on the relationship of trust that unites us with our customers, and any attempt at fraud or violation of these conditions will result in the cancellation of the referral and exclusion from the program.
Article 4: Sponsorship validation deadline
4.1. Validation of the sponsorship will only be effective after the Godchild's legal withdrawal period (14 days from receipt of the order) .
4.2. Once the withdrawal period has expired and in the absence of a return or cancellation of the Godchild's order, the sponsorship will be considered acquired and the reward will be awarded to the Sponsor.
Article 5: Rewards
5.1. For each validated order from a Godchild, the Sponsor will receive a €10 voucher, which can be used on a future order from the Boutique.
5.2. Vouchers are cumulative. If the accumulation of vouchers reaches at least 90% of the price of a product desired by the Sponsor, the Store will offer the remaining 10% on this product.
Article 6: Conditions of use of discount vouchers
6.1. Discount vouchers are valid for a period of six (6) months from the date of issue.
6.2. Discount vouchers are neither exchangeable for cash nor transferable, and they can only be used for the purchase of products from the Store.
Article 7: Limitation of liability
The Shop reserves the right to suspend or modify the referral program at any time, without notice, particularly in the event of fraud or attempted fraud. In the event of a dispute or suspicion of fraud, the Shop's General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use apply.
Article 8: Protection of personal data and Adherence to the Ethics Charter
The information collected under the program is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and in compliance with current regulations on the protection of personal data. Participation in the program implies adherence to the Boutique's ethical charter and acceptance of the Boutique's privacy policy by the Sponsor and the Godchild.
Article 9: Acceptance of the general conditions
Participation in the sponsorship program implies unreserved acceptance of these general conditions, as well as adherence to the values of the Boutique.
